The 16th Ave Row House is located in the up and coming North Beacon Hill Neighborhood of Seattle. A local investment company hired us for our Construction Management expertise which brought their terraced home vision to life. These innovative homes have three stories averaging about 1,460 square feet each. They include 3 bedrooms with 2 ½ baths combining attractive design and high end construction including hardwood floors throughout the open floor plans. With clean lines and modern touches these homes are a show stopper and a superb example of the level of partnership, care, compassion and reliability our clients can expect from the cMAC team.
