Spring Hill Homes hired us to build these nine 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath homes in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood. From the stained concrete floors on the ground floor to the Brazillian walnut on the roof top decks, high end finishes abound. Speaking of the roof top deck, floating timber stairs lead you to a spectacular view of the Emerald city. Working closely with our client, these homes are another great example of the level of quality and craftsmanship that cMAC delivers.
