The Empress is nestled in Bryn Mawr with a view of Lake Washington. We developed our clients dream into a conceptual design, managed the permit process and tore down their rental home, bringing the Empress to life. This custom home features a basement garage, large bonus room with a interior balcony, a covered patio, and sunroom. The kitchen boasts a large pantry, island with breakfast bar and a dining nook, complete with built in benches and table. The Empress is a beautiful 3 story 4,127 sq ft custom home with 4 bedrooms 3 full baths and 2 powder rooms. This home is a superb example of the level of collaboration and exceptional craftsmanship our clients can expect from the cMAC team.
