The Oakheart enjoys acreage in a beautiful wilderness equestrian setting near Lake Francis. This traditional style home has 2,550 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. It features a magnificent main floor master bedroom with a sitting room and covered porch, the elegant dining room has vaulted ceilings and the great room has a grand two story ceiling. cMAC facilitated bringing the utilities to this undeveloped site including well drilling, on site septic and underground electric services. By establishing a relationship early in the process our team can manage permitting, design and move seamlessly into the construction phase, providing an enjoyable construction experience for our clients.
