Macfarlane Homes is proud to present our latest project located in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle built by cMAC. This large hillside lot is perfect for both 3 story homes. These 3 bedroom and 3 ½ bathroom homes have plenty of room for the new owners and there is even an option of a 4th bedroom downstairs, along with the rec-room and 3rd full bathroom. On the main level the open living room, kitchen and dining area flow wonderfully with beautiful hardwood floors. A large sliding glass door leads out from the living area to a large deck to take in the view.
